Return and Refund Policy

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY

  • Check-in time: From 2:00 PM on the check-in date.

  • Check-out time: By 12:00 PM (noon) on the check-out date at the latest.

  • Check-in method: Self Check-in

Check-in instructions: Within 1 day prior to the scheduled check-in date, hotel staff will contact the guest to confirm the expected arrival time and send the self check-in instructions (via a link) to the guest’s email or Zalo account.


CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

Room Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.

  • In case of no-show, the full room charge will be applied as a penalty.

  • For eligible cancellations made within the allowed timeframe, the paid amount will be refunded within 03 to 07 business days.

Room Refund / Exchange Policy

  • In the event that the reserved room cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a free room upgrade or flexible relocation to a partner hotel.

  • If the guest declines the proposed solutions, a full refund will be issued within 03 to 07 business days.

Rescheduling Check-in/Check-out Dates

  • Guests may change their check-in/check-out dates free of charge, provided that notice is given at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled date.

  • If notice is given less than 7 days in advance, changes will be subject to room availability and a rescheduling fee may apply, calculated as a percentage of the room rate.
