Check-in time: From 2:00 PM on the check-in date.
Check-out time: By 12:00 PM (noon) on the check-out date at the latest.

Check-in instructions: Within 1 day prior to the scheduled check-in date, hotel staff will contact the guest to confirm the expected arrival time and send the self check-in instructions (via a link) to the guest’s email or Zalo account.
Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
In case of no-show, the full room charge will be applied as a penalty.
For eligible cancellations made within the allowed timeframe, the paid amount will be refunded within 03 to 07 business days.
In the event that the reserved room cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a free room upgrade or flexible relocation to a partner hotel.
If the guest declines the proposed solutions, a full refund will be issued within 03 to 07 business days.
Guests may change their check-in/check-out dates free of charge, provided that notice is given at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled date.
If notice is given less than 7 days in advance, changes will be subject to room availability and a rescheduling fee may apply, calculated as a percentage of the room rate.
